Symptoms:
Unable to query AO so not saving data -- but didn't say that, kept running script until it got to the end and I looked for the data and found it wasn't there. File numbers WERE incrementing where it says "Name of next file" Ran through whole script, saying "Clio take images complete" after each nimg.
Second day: Same problem. New manifestation:

Diagnostics of "all" command to MMTI:
- Jared is seeing an "all" request from Clio every 3 seconds.
- The error about "4 chars left" means it didn't receive ANY of the command since the command "/all" is 4 characters.
- Other Clio computer communications seem fine -- Guanaco is running clio just fine, Transfer files is running smoothly, etc.
Only working solutions:
Or
- Close camera control program, restart MMTI, restart Clio component.
As according to
